Unicorn Terms & Conditions

By placing a Unicorn order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Shipping Timeline

Orders are fulfilled as soon as possible, with handling and personalization requiring approximately 2–3 weeks from the date the order is placed.

2. Shipping Policy

Unicorn orders include free domestic shipping within the continental United States. Currently, there is multi-faceted friction in our ability to trade outside the United State of America. Please e-mail us directly for your PERSONAL SHIPPING QUOTE.

3. Order Date & Processing Window

The processing period begins on the date of your order.
You will receive email updates when your item enters personalization or production and when it ships.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Early cancellations or non-defective returns are subject to a 15% cancellation and restocking fee.
This fee covers transaction costs, materials allocation, and administrative handling.
Defective or damaged items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with our standard warranty policy.

5. Payment Authorization

Payment is collected at the time of the order to reserve your place in the production queue.
By completing checkout, you authorize immediate payment for a future delivery.

6. Ménage à Un Preview Edition

Orders including the Ménage à Un Preview Edition are part of an advance reservation program. This limited preview unit will ship in early 2027, following completion of prototyping and initial evaluation. All U.S. buyers receive free domestic shipping for this edition. Participants will be invited to submit feedback on the preview model before the final production release.

Double Trouble Terms & Conditions
